Calendar of Events

This calendar lists events that have been submitted by IYOR participants. If you have an event you would like to submit, use this online form.

Important: to ensure that your event will be posted, please provide in your description how your event will support the IYOR goals to raise awareness about the value and importance of coral reefs and threats to their sustainability, and to motivate people to take action to protect them.
We would also appreciate if you could provide a link to the IYOR web site on your event web page. If your event is not fully supporting the IYOR goals, you are welcome to list it on the ICRIForum calendar: http://www.icriforum.org/router.cfm?show=calendar.cfm

5/9/2008      Free Family Movie Night

At St. Croix's University of the Virgin Island's Great Hall we will feature our third coral-related film in our IYOR Film Series. 5/22/2008      Reef check 2008, Taiwan

Our team conduct a series of diving activitys to monitor three reef sites of Taiwan which are Penghu, Taitung and Green Island. The main purpose of the activities this year is to promote and educate the concept of coral conservation for the local residents. read more »

This exhibition (photographic and informative) will take place during the ending session for the "Mascarene corals knowledge base project - step III".
